About
Shree Sanjay Ingole, The esteemed founder of “At Stroke HR Consultancy”, is an MLS degree holder (Mumbai University) with 18 years of Corporate Experience in the field of Human Resource Development.

Sanjay started his recruitment consultancy in 2009 for corporates and factories. Since the last 9 years, he’s been involved in conducting Psychometric Tests and Career Counselling for students and professionals alike, starting from 10th standard and going up to professionals till 30 years of age.
During the course of sourcing and providing manpower for a varied number of requirements across different verticals and industries at his HR Consultancy, he realised that there is a shortage of professionals whose personality matches with the required job description. This led Sanjay to do a deep dive into the root cause of the same. He began an in depth study of career psychology, and research work of different organizations on Career Counselling. During his study he realised that vacancies were at an all time rise and there would be extreme emergencies to fulfil the same.
He conducted free personality tests for every candidate for more than two years, which led to the observation that most of the candidates though educated and qualified for the post were still leaving their current jobs, due to which manpower retention rates were low. After having deep discussions with the candidates, he came to the conclusion that either they had chosen the wrong career path because of parental pressure/family status, or because of low career maturity levels.
Finally Sanjay got the opportunity from his respected guide and beloved friend Dr. Mukund Baride (Associate Professor-Geology, Dhule), to read Career Psychology of Dr. Gideon Arulmani, M.Phil - (Medical and Social Psychology), Doctoral degree in Career and Counselling Psychology (University of Portsmouth, UK) and Member of Indian Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health, The behavioral Medicine Society of India and International Association of Educational and Vocational Guidance.
Sanjay, in love with Dr.Arulmani's research and team efforts, started the Career Counselling module under CAREER TRANSFORMERS project (formerly known as Career Masters) with his qualified team in 2012, with a strong motive to reduce the gap between HR requirements and compatible candidates. Till date Career Transformers have tested around 15,000 total strength of students and young professionals.

Studying & Following Dr. Arulmani's Career Psychology and his work experience in tests conduction and counselling Sanjay learnt that there is not only an absence of compatible candidates but also there is paucity of resources.
Therefore, he adapted the module to the Indian situation and the overall developing world and created CAREER TRANSFORMERS. Under this, he started running special Career Decision Making Services, leading to many happy professionals all over Maharashtra. CAREER TRANSFORMERS also created Career Decision Makers and Career Facilitators as "Self Employment" through intensive module training and as per rise in demand for services in the pandemic situation of Covid-19.
